“There is something inherently sacred about the lives of teenagers. In their passage from childhood to adulthood, a new adult life forms and emerges for all to see. The family, because it nurtures human life and helps it form, is also sacred. Your work is to create in your home a sanctuary of love, nurturing, and support…. Sounds great, doesn’t it? But it’s far from easy.”
